| We have on
this web site two kinds of remote viewing
examples. One can be considered "experimental" (that is, done within the
boundaries of experiments under control while
working at SRI/SAIC). The other will be "Operational," or done within the
boundaries of Intelligence Collection. -- Joe.
EXAMPLES
OF EXPERIMENTAL REMOTE VIEWING.
I did the following
examples of remote viewing while conducting
experiments at the Cognitive Science Laboratory
(CSL), between 1984 and 1995. CSL, provided
support to what is now commonly referred to as
Project STARGATE from 1978 - 1991 while at
SRI-International, and from 1991-1995 at Science
Applications International Corporation, Inc.
(SAIC).
The circumstances and
controls in place during these remote viewings
may have varied slightly due to targeting
methodology and/or process, so I have defined
each of these in detail with the individual
remote viewing results.
One should bear in mind
that these examples represent the same degree of
quality which can be found within approximately
20 percent of my work. The balance of my
database, approximately sixty percent, shows
positive examples of viewing with remarkable and
significant degrees of accuracy in either the
drawings or written transcripts.
Contrary to general
belief, when remote viewing is studied in the
laboratory under strict control and using
appropriate evaluation techniques, the degrees of
accuracy as presented here rarely exceed these
figures.

OF OPERATIONAL REMOTE VIEWING.
Except for the following
examples, operational remote viewing remains
classified.
