This single drawing represents all of the remote viewing data that was done. At 16:00 hrs (i.e., the specific time targeted), the individual was driving through the windmill farm. The only material provided to me as targeting material was a black and white photograph of the individual, on which he had written his social security number.

I was told that the individual could be anywhere within a hundred mile radius of the Cognitive Sciences Laboratory, and I was asked to describe that location in detail. Remarkably, there is very little else that could be said about this location, except perhaps a description of the automobile the individual was driving.

No one actually knew where the individual was at the specified target time, until many hours after the remote viewing had taken place.
